Terms of use

Placeholder terms covering the FightPay frontend demonstration. Binding terms will replace this page before any live launch.

Updated Sep 2026Placeholder copy
This is frontend placeholder language for a product in development. It is not legal advice and is not a binding agreement. Final terms will replace this page before any live launch.

Scope

These terms cover use of the FightPay interface. The current release is a demonstration: it does not deploy tokens, custody assets, or move funds.

By using the interface you accept that everything displayed — balances, payouts, market data, analytics — is mock data presented to illustrate the product.

Launching

When live, launching a token through FightPay means you set a creator-fee split and attach a public profile as the destination for the fighter share. You are responsible for the token you create, including its name, ticker, image and description.

You may not launch tokens that impersonate a person or organization, claim an endorsement that does not exist, or present FightPay as affiliated with any promotion or fighter.

Routing and settlement

Splits are applied at settlement, not per trade. Where a destination profile has not connected, the fighter share is held against that profile rather than redirected.

Settlement timing, network costs and platform costs may affect the amount that ultimately arrives. Displayed splits are shown before those costs.

No advice

Nothing in the interface is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Tokens are volatile and can lose all value.

Changes

These terms will be replaced in full before any production release. Continued use after that point constitutes acceptance of the replacement.
